Raw materials (SPC compound, PVC film, MDF substrate, aluminium coil) are verified against specification before production begins. Batch numbers are recorded for traceability.
Production lines are checked at regular intervals for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, lamination quality and colour consistency. Deviations are corrected before they become batch issues.
Before packing, finished goods undergo AQL-level sampling: dimensions, thickness, surface quality, colour matching, packaging integrity. A photo report is sent to the client for approval before the container is loaded.
GB 8624-2012 and EN 13501-1 testing through SGS and CTI-accredited laboratories. Bamboo crystal panels verified at B1 (C-s2,d0) and EN B-s3,d0.
E1 and CARB Phase 2 compliance testing for wood-based panels. SVHC screening per EU REACH regulation.
Thickness, width, length and squareness measured to ±0.2mm tolerance. Water absorption and thermal expansion tested for wet-area products.
SPC flooring wear layer tested for abrasion resistance (rpm to failure) and scratch hardness.
NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) tested in reverberation chamber for acoustic panel products.
Impact resistance, point load and indentation testing for flooring and high-traffic panels.
