Yes. The SPC (stone plastic composite) core does not absorb water, making panels suitable for bathrooms, shower areas, kitchens and basements. Surface decorative films are also moisture-resistant.
Yes. SPC wall panels can be installed over existing tiles, plaster, drywall or plywood provided the substrate is flat, firm and clean. Use adhesive for uneven surfaces.
Standard MOQ is 500m² per product line. Project and trial orders may be negotiable — contact us with your requirements.
Standard production lead time is 15–25 working days after deposit and sample approval. Shipping time depends on destination port.
Yes. We ship colour and product samples worldwide within 5 working days. Courier charges may apply for express delivery.
Products can be supplied with CE, SGS test reports, ISO 9001, FloorScore, B1 fire rating and REACH/E0 documentation where applicable. Specific certificates depend on product and market requirements.
Yes. We offer OEM packaging, custom carton marks, branded colour cards and private-label documentation for distributors and importers.
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive scouring pads and harsh solvents. For SPC panels in wet areas, reseal silicone joints periodically.
SPC has a limestone-PVC core that is fully waterproof and rigid. WPC has a wood-fibre-PVC core that is water-resistant and warmer underfoot. SPC is preferred for wet zones; WPC for living areas.
SPC flooring is compatible with underfloor heating systems when installed according to guidelines. Wall panels are not affected by underfloor heating.
We provide detailed installation guides, video tutorials and remote technical support. For large distributor partners, on-site training can be arranged.
Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight available for larger orders. Other terms negotiable for established partners.
Panels are packed in export cartons with protective foam corners, on fumigation-free pallets or in crates. Carton marks include PO number, product code, colour, quantity and handling instructions.
