SPC compound, PVC decorative film, MDF substrate and aluminium coil are stored in climate-controlled warehouses with batch traceability.
SPC cores are extruded to precise thickness; wood-based panels are hot-pressed with decorative film and wear layer.
Decorative film is applied under controlled temperature and pressure for consistent adhesion and registered embossing.
Panels are cut to specification with precision saws; edges are trimmed and profiled for click-lock or tongue-and-groove systems.
Every batch undergoes dimensional, visual and performance testing before packing. Defective units are removed.
Panels are packed in protective cartons, palletised and stretch-wrapped for container shipping.
Completed orders are stored in labelled bays awaiting container loading and PSI inspection.
Loading is supervised by our QC team with photo documentation and seal verification.
