Quotations, samples, payment, delivery and quality terms for yenyong.com and YENYONG supply agreements.
These terms govern the use of yenyong.com and all quotations, sample shipments and supply agreements entered into with YENYONG PTE. LTD. ("YENYONG"). Commercial matters not covered here follow the written proforma invoice signed by both parties.
All prices are quoted in USD on FOB Foshan basis unless otherwise agreed, with a validity of 30 days. Prices are subject to raw-material fluctuation confirmation at order time. Applicable taxes and duties at the destination are the buyer's responsibility.
Product samples are generally free of charge; courier fees are borne by the recipient unless otherwise agreed. Samples are provided for quality evaluation only and are not for resale.
Standard payment terms are 30% advance by T/T and 70% against copy of B/L, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery leads are stated per order confirmation and commence upon receipt of the advance payment and artwork approval.
Goods conform to the agreed specifications and applicable CE documentation. Visible defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence; verified claims are settled by replacement, credit or refund at our discretion.
All content on this website (texts, images, colour systems, layouts) is the property of YENYONG and may not be reproduced without written consent. OEM/ODM artwork supplied by buyers remains the buyer's property.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved amicably first; failing which, by arbitration in Singapore under the SIAC rules.
